4 small tofu blocks
1 25-oz jar vino de milo tuscan merlot sauce
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
olive oil

directions
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice tofu blocks in half through the middle width.
  3. Arrange slices on a slightly oiled, or parchment lined, sheet pan.
  4. Bake slices until they take on a very light golden brown color (about 20 minutes).
  5. Remove from oven and let cool.
  6. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  7. Arrange the tofu slices in the dish slightly overlapping each slice if necessary.
  8. Pour the Tuscan Merlot on top. Spread evenly.
  9. Return the tofu to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  10. Remove and top with the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  11. Return to oven only to melt the cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
