ingredients
2 garlic cloves
1 small onion
2 1/2 cup vino de milo protobello shiraz sauce
2 large portobello mushroom caps
2 roasted red peppers, sliced
1 cup fresh sliced spinach
6 artichoke hearts, quartered
balsamic vinegar
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
directions
- Sauté garlic and onion in a small amount of oil.
- Line a small baking pan with 2 cups Vino de Milo Portobello Shiraz Sauce. Place mushroom caps
on sauce bottom-side down and fill with onion and garlic. layer peppers, spinach, and artichoke
hearts in mushrooms.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and top with 1/2 cup Vino de Milo Portobello Shiraz Sauce and
grated mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
