1 T olive oil
1 1/2 lbs lean beef cubes
1 25-oz vino de milo portobello shiraz sauce
fettuccine, couscous, roasted spaghetti squash, or rice

beef/lamb - serves 4

directions
  1. In slow cooker, heat oil on high heat.
  2. Add beef cubes and sauté until browned on all sides.
  3. Add Vino de Milo Portobello Shiraz Sauce. When mixture begins to simmer, turn heat to low.
  4. Cover and let slow cook several hours until beef is tender.
  5. Serve over fettuccine, couscous, spaghetti squash, or rice.
