4 6-oz chicken breasts
1 6-oz package zio world peruvian farmer's lunch, prepared according to package directions
1/2 25-oz jar vino de milo portobello shiraz sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Clean and trim chicken. pound to 1/4" thick.
  3. Top flattened chicken with 1/4 cup cooked zio world peruvian farmer's lunch. (You'll have about half the peruvian farmer's lunch left over; reserve for another use.)
  4. Roll up breasts and place, seam side down, in a 9" pie pan or other baking dish.
  5. Top with 1/2 jar Vino de Milo Portobello Shiraz Sauce.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan on top and bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden brown.
