1/2 baguette, sliced lengthwise
2 garlic cloves
2 cups
vino de milo portobello shiraz sauce
2 eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Rub baguette with garlic cloves and then toast til crisp.
Cook both eggs sunny side up.
Heat Vino de Milo Portobello Shiraz Sauce, then spread across bottom baguette half.
Top with eggs, then with parmesan cheese. Replace baguette top and enjoy!
