- Cut chicken breasts into cubes and sauté in olive oil in skillet until no longer pink.
- Boil penne pasta according to package directions and drain.
- Combine and mix vino de milo sauce, cooked chicken, pasta and 1 cup of the mozzarella
cheese into an 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top of mixture
and put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- To serve, top with grated parmesan. Great with a side of greek salad.
