4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T olive oil
1 25-oz jar vino de milo mediterranean pinot grigio sauce
26 oz penne pasta
2 cups mozzarella cheese (finely grated)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

directions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and sauté in olive oil in skillet until no longer pink.
  2. Boil penne pasta according to package directions and drain.
  3. Combine and mix vino de milo sauce, cooked chicken, pasta and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese into an 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top of mixture and put in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. To serve, top with grated parmesan. Great with a side of greek salad.
