4 large portobello mushroom caps
1 25-oz jar vino de milo four-herb malbec marinara sauce
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

directions
  1. Broil portobello mushroom cap, face down, 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven; flip & layer in sauce and top with Parmesan.
  3. Broil another 3 minutes, or until cheese browns.
Options: Before filling with sauce, include veggies such as roasted red peppers, olives, shredded carrots, etc.
