
roasted fig salad with gorgonzola pear riesling
salad - serves 6-8
ingredients
16 dried figs, each cut into 3 pieces
1 cup whole walnuts
1 jar vino de milo gorgonzola pear riesling dressing
2 T dry white wine
8-10 cups mixed baby greens
directions
- Toss figs & walnuts with half of the Gorgonzola Pear Riesling Dressing. Roast at 400 degree oven for 6 minutes.
- Deglaze pan with white wine.
- Plate lettuce and top with fig/walnut mixture.
- Divide remaining dressing evenly over salads.
