16 dried figs, each cut into 3 pieces
1 cup whole walnuts
1 jar vino de milo gorgonzola pear riesling dressing and marinade
2 T dry white wine
8-10 cups mixed baby greens

directions
  1. Toss figs & walnuts with half of the Gorgonzola Pear Riesling Dressing. Roast at 400 degree oven for 6 minutes.
  2. Deglaze pan with white wine.
  3. Plate lettuce and top with fig/walnut mixture.
  4. Divide remaining dressing evenly over salads.
